I'm not a doctor but I'm almost positive that's not cancer. Breast cancer in men is EXTREMELY rare.

Its been almost 2 years since your original post, do you have any after weight loss pics? Just wondering.

Your plan to lose weight first before pursuing surgery is a good one. Yes, you have surgically correctable gyne - looks a lot like mine before my surgery: the puffy, soft nipples caused by the glandular tissue, and the disproportionate size of your chest.
