Doesn't look good :(

Here are my pics, don't know if it is fat or gyne, praying for the first. I weight 210 and am about 5"10 and have about 40 pounds to lose, so hope maybe most of it will go away, but have not found any others on here that have the same look in there pics. Anyone have pics like mine and get a doctors opinion? How can I tell if I have glands? My nipples don't seem to get puffy, only hard in the very center, the actual nipple, and only if my wife plays with them.

its gyne, but if you lose that 40 lbs you want to lose than it probably wont be near as bad

Thanks guys, I am going to make an appointment with my doctor, they supposedly can do tests to tell if it is or not. I just don't want to wait until the rest of the weight is lost to find out for sure or not. I will report back, and thanks for the feedback so far!
