Gino or fat?

I am new here,
For few years i developed man boobs, and i don't know if they are just fat or gyno.
At this moment I live a sedentary life, the only physical activities that I make is walking to the store, for few years now.

Not for other reason, but I am balding too, at 21, so having also gyno would be a nice set of life disappointments.

In first album, last 2 pictures, it's obvious I got some boobs, but it's just fat apparently.
