Is this gyne??

Hey, I've only recently learned about gynecomastia, so I'm really not sure if I have it or not. But checking out other people's pictures, I think there's a chance that I do . I'm 17 years old, and within the past year I've lost about 25 lbs (I used to be 170, now I'm 145), and I've started to work out a bit for the past few months. I think I'm healthy, I mean I haven't really done anything unhealthy to lose weight. I actually lost weight by playing a whole lotta tennis.. I started playing last summer and I just fell in love with the sport. My eating habits are still the same, and I feel better than I've ever felt. Anyway, I've  posted some pictures below and it would really help if I could have some feedback. Do I have it? If so, how severe is it? Thanks so much for your time.

Yes, it's gynecomastia.  The picture "Gyne2" shows it very well and "Gyne1" shows it too. Your nipples poke through your shirt. Ask for a blood test and see if they can reveal anything about it. Good luck

Congratulations,  u just became a member of the club that no one wants to be a member of.   Yes u have the puffy nipple thing going on,  Go to a PS who has experience on working on puffy nipples because i know a allot of peeps are very unhappy with there puffy nipple surgery.  And don't fall for the just lipo , u need excision.   I had gyno with puffy nipples and my first surgery was a waste of money and time but I just had surgery jan 4 and so far so good.  Still healing but it looks so much better
