gynecomastia or chest fat....??? Help

dr. i want to know is this gynecomastia or chest fat... if gynecomastia that which type of is.....? plz suggest...

Not sure what you mean by type. There are 2 ways men can have breast growth - becoming overweight will generally cause pseudo-gyno where the breast enlarges primarily due to fat.
True gyno at least starts as primarily breast tissue. Yours appears to me to be tissue.
Personally, I think it's mild, but it's there.

I agree with Bummed, you may want to see an Endocrinologist and have you hormones checked, plus have an ultrasound of your breasts to confirm the presence and size of your breast gland (you may not have any).

If you can feel the gland around your breast and if you are having pain, itching or feeling like there is something there then be sure to consult with an Endocrinologist familiar with Gyneocomastia.

You may have a simple case of fat build up but knowing is half the battle towards deciding what you may want/need to do.
