Is this gynecomastia or just fatty tissue? please help

Hey guys. I'm 19, and about 6'1''. I weigh 156 lbs. I've always been skinny, but for a long time now I've noticed that my breasts have been big. I'm a very self-conscious guy and in order to feel good about myself, I have to look good. Of course with these man boobs it's hard. Is this just fat, or more?

Use less pixels or JPEG setting.

I would say by the one picture that you posted that it is not fat, and given your build gives me even more of an idea that it wouldn't be fat.
