I got pretty bad gyno when I had a poor diet and little exercise. I'd come home from school with no one home and just sit in front of the tv and eat cartons of ice cream and peanut butter.

I've tried losing weight/fat to get rid of the gyno, but it didn't help at all. I'm almost certain I have some pretty big glands behind my nipples. I CANNOT afford surgery, Im a college student.

My plan currently is to put on LOTS of muscle and see how I look after that. I'm also going to run every other day for 1 mile. Lots of upper body exercising as well.

honestly your in good shape.. you're not overweight but you have gynecomastia.. we have the same case..

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I lost a lot of weight my senior year, Im down to 165ish
