I never really thought I had gyno, but maybe I was just naive. Planning on having lipo for the stomach/love handle area and also asked the surgeon about lipo on the chest because I was thinking I just had some fat there. He indicated from photos that he thought I might have gyno (haven't done an in person consult yet). What are your thoughts? I am about 6'4" and weigh about 200. If it is just fat, is it just a lipo procedure? Thank you.

  • I am getting PEC's one day
Looks like a mild case of gyno my friend :-/. By the way word of advice just get the gyne taking care of, and forget about lipo for the stomach/love handles. Just drop 10-15 lb. and you will be just fine. ;)

Yeah I agree with u I-Hate-Gyno. I'd get surgery for the gyno... the love handles and stomach fat can be lost with diet and exercise... just my 2 cents...

I think you're just out of shape, meaning that I think the stuff in yer chest is fat as opposed to gland.  That's my amateur opinion.  Try hitting the gym first before you go get cut or vacuumed.

Thank you for the responses. I know I could drop a few pounds and that would help the abdomen area. Even when I have been in good shape, I still retained a little too much "something" in the chest area. I just thought it was one of the last areas that I would drop fat in when finally cutting in my diet, but it never went away. It is hard never having felt another guy's chest to know what it should feel like. But after reading and feeling my chest, I do think I have a bit more than just fat in there. Thanks again for the responses.

It looks like a mild case of glandular gyne. You can probably feel the "disks" of hard tissue under there.

Looks a lot like my case and I have an operation scheduled in a few weeks. Don't bother with anyone that says liposuction will fix it...it won't, believe me I speak from experience.
