Is this gyno or just fat chest

Hello guys i need your help to determine if i have gyno or just normal fat chest , i'm 185cm , i was 120kg before and after a hard diet and playing basketball im 89kg now i'v lost fat from all of my body but the thing is my chest is as it was before unlike the other parts of my body i still got some fat to lose but i just wanna know is this just fat chest or gyno its spobngy and soft to touch not firm and pointed

Gyno, I lost a lot of weight as well. The chest "fat" didn't go away as much as other parts did, because it's tissue and tissue can't be lost by weight loss. I scheduled surgery and i'm going to have it in about 2 weeks with Dr. Delgado.
