Been lifting weights for more than a year. and do sport training in boxing...
I don't know if gyno or not because my nipples are slightly puffy (but noticeable in tight shirts)
some people said it's only my fat placement genetics because most of my fat are in my chest and belly... (i was skinny fat before)
I'm trying to lose more fat as for now.. Been dieting for 6 weeks already... the reason I want to get lean more is to know if I have gyno or not...
need help because I'm paranoid right now.

It seems you are either shaved or waxed to get rid of body hair, The hairless torso tends to make the male body appear either juvenile or feminine.

It does appear that you might have puffy nipples but they would appear less so with a normal amount of hair on the torso.

You appear relatively slender already.  Can't tell much from your photos but if you pinch your skin above and below the nipples and it is very thin, and then pinch your nipples and can feel some tissue, then that is gyne and in all liklihood will not improve with further weight loss.

Recommend you read my discussion about the same topic in Patient Galleries.

The terms "gyno" or "gyne" are used interchangeably -- they mean the same thing.

Any excess tissue on the chest, whether fat, gland (breast) tissue, or usually both, can be considered gynecomastia.  Whether you wish to do something about it is another thing.  Many guys live with it.  Wearing a compression shirt can provide excellent contour for you.

The only alternative to remove it entirely is with surgery.  For that, you should do your homework and try to locate a gyne specialist near you -- or consider traveling for that expertise.

but do you think it's just part of my puberty ?
I'm still 19 years old and in college
don't have money for surgery
and I'm planning to compete in bodybuilding soon.
my nipples looks fine when it's cold and looks puffy when I'm in normal temperature.

btw, they say that there should be a hard lump behind your nipple to consider a gyne.
I flexed my chest and touched it..
it's soft like a skin.. didn't feel anything that there something's in there.

One need not feel a hard lump behind the nipples for it to be considered gyne.  Frequently, the tissue may feel soft -- it is just the amount of tissue which takes away from the normal male contour.  I have spoken extensively that trying to feel tissue to determine if it is gyne is simply a fool's errand.

If you have had this condition for more than 2-3 years, it will probably be permanent.  Specific age is not a factor.

Obviously, if you don't have money for surgery, you can mitigate the appearance by wearing a firm compression shirt.  If you are shirtless in a bodybuilding competition, then the only thing you can do -- and it is very temporary -- it to stimulate the nipples by touch or with the application of cold (ie cold water, ice cubes, etc) to make them contract and look normal.  But you obviously cannot do this for the entire competition.  Eventually the tissues will relax and the puffiness will return.
