Gyno or puffy nips?

I've been dealing with this for years and I've just started saving up to pay for surgery. I'm now 28 and plan to save enough by the time I'm 30. I think it's gyno, but I've never been diagnosed. Thanks guys.

Yes you have gynecomatia, but you should also lose some weight before you have surgery as well.  Before you have the surgery be sure to do your homework and find a qualified surgeon or you not be happy with the outcome!  This is a great place to start.
