I've had this since puberty when I was also much fatter. I'm 24 now and slimmed down wondering if this is gyno? If so what can i do to get rid of them?

Yes that's gyne, and you can't do much but surgery to get rid of them giving you are in decent shape already

It seems there's small amount of gland. Surgery with gland removal is the only way to get rid of those.  Please make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon who is specialized in gynecomastia surgery.

Good luck!

Yes, this is mild gyne.  You could live with it by wearing a snug compression shirt under your clothing.  If you want an absolutely trim and taut chest, however, you would probably require surgery.

Please make sure you consult a gyne specialist in your area.

Best of luck!

Thanks much dr! I'll be staying abroad in Asia for some time and I'm not sure about the gyne surgery practice there. Should I look for some kind of qualification or should I specify any technical stuff to the surgeon.

There are some excellent surgeons in Asia -- best to research them elsewhere on this forum.

However, if you are American and have had this condition for some years, why not just wait til you are back in the States and have an American surgeon take care of you.  The advantage being that if anything should need fixing, your surgeon would be right there for you.  Just food for thought.

Good luck either way.
