I know that it's gyno
I'm wondering if chest exercises can improve the look and reduce the prob.??
I'm aware that i won't be able to have a flat chest without surgery.

Suggestions?

It's never a bad idea to exercise, build muscle and probably lose a bit of weight in the process.  But it is doubtful if your gyne will improve with any of the aforementioned -- it would require surgery to remove the excess, overlying tissue on top of your muscles.

Good luck!
