Hi people. Im new here. Does this look like gynocomastia? I get puffy nipples most of the time but when its in the cold, its back to normal. Any feedback would be very much appreciated. Looking to find a good surgeon in australia.

Looks like nothing to me.  If there is a contour problem you need a better side-shot to show it.  I really don't think you have any problem though.

I see nothing wrong. Then again, the camera is much too close and the general contours cannot be seen.
