Gyno/Gym - Advise Needed Please :(

Hi all,
I've been going to the gym now for around 6 years. I was chubby when growing up, until when I reached 15/16 the weight started dropping off naturally. I was then left with man boobs (please see picture below) I believe this to be puberty gyno...am I correct?
I then hit the gym and then ended up like this (please see pictures below) one image is of myself with a pump from the gym, one is without a pump from the gym.

Can you please advise me of this is defo gyno? If so sugery is needed right?

I notice that I pinch my nipples a heck of a lot whaen I'm in public with a t shirt on. They look much better when they are erect.  This is the worst feeling to have, so insecure as this is a big let down

I would highly appreciate if someone got back to me

It looks like you may have a little bit of gynecomastia, but you've done a great job building your pectoral muscles too congrats on that!

Cheers bud, appreciate it. 

The gyno is a down fall and makes me feel insecure. I'm in two mind in going to Poland (--) to get the surgery done as it's fairly cheap there.

Remember that is your body, not the kitchen sink, cheap is not the way to go, but I do know that there are some great docs in Poland, so make sure that is where you're going!

Have you ever seen before and after pictures of guys my build/simlair gyno to myself have this done ? If so, was there anything to look out for or did it all look good etc?

The place I will be going to is --...the surgeon is Dr Clarke

I'm not sure, there has been so many. I've been a member since 2011. I've heard a lot of positive about Dr Clarke, but as for pictures they may be able to show you in the office as most doctors like to have them to show their work.

Most members that are happy with their surgery leave shortly after surgery, those that are not stick around to find help for a revision, I'm one of the older guys that have accepted and have seen many guys come and go!
