Help/ Opinions please

Hey all,

I have had an issue with my chest for some time now and I would like to do something about it. I have a free consult coming up within the next 2 weeks.
I just thought I'd try and gather some more information and insight before I went for the consult.

Does this look like gynecomastia, or excess fat?
I find even when I have low bodyfat my chest and nipples appear to peak to a very strong point.

hi seems your chest is pretty normal. nothing to really fret about but if you must seek out a plastic surgeon who does male breast reductions. or ask one of our Dr`s on here .
