Hi,
I'm new here, wondered if anybody could help. Can anybody clarify if this is Gyno and what type?
I've had this since around 15 years old, now 28. I complete a lot of exercise and have lost a lot weight / body fat. This has stayed though, even when I was below 70kg and running everyday.
Any help will be great.
Currently trying a 2 month cycle of Tamoxifen due to the research I've done.
Many Thanks in advance.

The only problem seem to be behide the nipple. If you touvh it do you feel it just fat or it has some persistance that it will be gland tissue..
In both cases you do need surgery.
It cant seen from straight, only from side you can tell..
If it hasnt gone with excercise then it is most probably gland tissue, so you do have mild gyno.
If you ever consider surgery, go only to gyno expert, because scar tissue can be develop and look even worse after surgery..

Extremely mild.

But....get off the tamox.  I don’t know what research you did but at 28 that’s gonna do nothing.  It’s hardened at this point.  Unless you are on a cycle no need for that crap it’s only gonna mess with your body more.
