here are mine and they are most definitely gyne. i'm 6'2 224 lbs (lost 26 lbs in the last year or so). i planned on losing more weight before getting the surgery, but after a few consultations i was surprised to learn that more weight loss wont make an ounce of difference really.

i will be having dr jacobs cut these suckers down in the next month! i'm almost free!
