From this one pic, it looks like gyne to me. I suggest you talk to a qualified plastic surgeon.

A single picture shows little. Holding the camera with one arm removes the ability to understand possible asymmetry issues. That is why I evolved my Standard Pictures to evaluate gynecomastia.

Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia can really interfere with a cut look of the male chest. You can find many examples before and after surgery in this Puffy Nipples Before and Results After Gynecomastia Surgery Gallery

it's true side angles are better, but it's still pretty obvious from that one that you have it.
