hey new here. what do u guys think? *edit
hey umm im around 5'10 170 pound i used to be fat nd lost a good ammount of weight but i dont kno if i should be the surgery what do u guys think?

It's hard to tell - maybe the more experienced eyes around here can say better.  Mostly it looks like you need to lose weight and work out a bit to build muscle tone.
