How bad is my case?

And I still can't understand if I have gynecomastia or pseudogynecomastia. I'm a little overweight though.

Hard to say without examining you.  True, you are overweight, and it may be only fat on the chest wall.  But if you've had "breasts" in the past, even when you were thinner, chances are that you have true gynecomastia.

See if you can drop some weight and see how that goes.  With a new girlfriend, you might be motivated.
