I know for sure I don't have glands so this is technically not gyno.

But it is weird and just doesn't get fixed.
More chest muscles mean that the loose skin and I think fat gets pushed. It still ends up looking bad.

I used to be at a low body fat percentage, But my chest tended to be loose, never was able to see the pectoral muscles.
I've been putting a lot of effort working out, But if that means no improvement in attractiveness Its a little disappointing.

How can one fix this? :(

See a shrink- you may have body dysmorphic disorder...
Most (95+%) of the guys on here would need surgery to look as normal as you.
You look good. Just maintain it.

I don't see anything wrong with your chest.
Perhaps upload a different angle though because from the front I don't see anything at all...
