I work out5-6 days a week focusing mostly on my upper chest to try to balance out the fat on my lower chest.  I REALLY REALLY want surgery because this is like a splinter in my head.  Its all I can think about from the second I wake up, and the taunting from others doesnt help the case. Ive considered quitting football because of the harassments and also been discouraged to go to the gym because over the past year ive seen zero results.

Here are some pics, tell me what you think.

depending on your answers, on average 6-9 K in US.

There can be a great deal of Emotion Living with Gynecomastia. Many have told me that the video and my site were used as a starting point for a discussion with family about their issues with male breasts.

Bodybuilding is great for shaping muscles. I work with many Bodybuilders with Gynecomastia. A common concern is that as they build muscle, what sits on top of the muscle gets pushed out further.

Hope this helps,

I also see many Texas Gynecomastia patients who prefer my techniques. Quite a few have come from the Dallas Fort Worth region. To minimize travel, most start with our Preliminary Remote Discussion.

I have posted here on how to pick a surgeon for male breast reduction:

Doesn't look too bad to me knicho94. You shouldn't let it bother you as much as it does. I don't think most girls would care.
