how serious? pictures
How serious is this and is this gynomastia or chest fat or a combo? Is surgery my only option? thanks for the help!

5'9 165 lbs  just turned 17. nipples have grown since i was 14. I also lost a lot of weight since i was 12 also. I smoke marijuana everyday also (decriminalized in my area) and have been for 1 1/2 years.  There are what feel to be disks under nipples.
