I am 99% sure I have Gynecomastia, but any help would be appreciated.

Please check out the images (sorry for the bad shot). Before I explain further, I do want to point out that I did meet with a general surgeon (Dr. Sam Carvajal) a couple years ago and he mentioned that I DID NOT have gynecomastia. I was 160lbs and 5'8, didn't have much fat on me, but I was without a doubt sure that I had gynecomastia.

A quick version of my story:

This is a problem that has been really devastating to me since I was 11 years old. Went through the whole middle school and high school phase of being teased at, but still managed to get through by staying positive. I would have loved to take care of this earlier but there was a conflict between money, time, and other more serious family emergencies.

Deep down it has depressed me. I am now 30 years old and don't want to go through living with gynecomastia anymore. I live in Southern California and I am willing to spend around $5000-$6000 cash to get this done ASAP. I live in Glendale, CA area and want to see what surgeons everyone would recommend in order to get rid of this the best way possible.

You are 100% right -- you do have gynecomastia with puffy nipples.


And if you have had it for a long time, then the only way to remove it is with surgery. Surgery for gyne with puffy nipples can be tricky -- make sure you go to a specialist in your area.  Understand that money is important -- but getting the surgery done right the first time is even more important.
