I need advice... Doctors, please help

So this is my situation:

What kind of procedure do I need?
According to mammography my gyno is mostly glandular...
Can Glandular excision be performed in local anesthesia with sedation?

It looks mostly glandular to me. I'd say excision only would probably suffice. You'd want the anesthsia and not just the local. I wouldn't want to be awake while they are cutting into me.

I terribly fear general anaesthesia's risks, so i prefer to get it done with local an. plus sedation... I'm only asking... Anyway I want to get it done before I begin to hate female moobs

My doctor didn't give me a choice, I'm only collecting informations before consulting a PS.
Denverguy what kind of problems had guys who had gland excision with local?
