I need your opinion guys. Do I have gyno or just an excess fat?

I love playing my breast while I ejaculate for it gives me more pleasure. Now, I feel uncomfortable of what I'm having right now. It started when I was 14 and as well as playing my breasts. I'm wondering if this is a gyno or just an excess fat or does playing breast increases its size? Thank you!

Definitely gynecomastia. Your breasts are female in shape. Your nipples are puffy and feminine. And,  you clearly must have significant estrogen levels, because even your torso is more like a woman’s shape.   You might want to see an endocrinologist

Looks a lot like early female breast development, similar to what I had at age 12 when mine first began do be noticed.

I'm pretty sure that playing with your nipples while jerking off does not result in developing breasts.  


Looks like gynecomastia to me. You're not lean but you're certainly not fat. Drop 10 -15 pounds and see what happens.
