I am not sure, I got big nipples when I hit puperty with little hard things inside.  The hard things wwnt away but I still have man boobs and big nipples.  I just found this site and am glad I did.  I am very inscure about my chest.  I think I may have gyne...how much is surgery??

judging by shape in the side pictures, looks like a mild case, the asymmetry on the left helps give it away.  surgery is typically $4-6k US depending.

This is a mild case of Gyno. I wouldn't be concerned as it is not going to raise eyebrows...You look fine. I'd save your money scrap the surgery and work more on being less self-conscious about it. If there is further breast development, I would consult your primary care doctor.

very mild case, although to a body conscious teenager (I'm guessing your age after looking at your pics) it can be devastating.

Cost depends on where you live? In the US average price is 4-5 K. If you are in  Canada and if you can get to Toronto doctor Fielding who is one of the most experienced and trusted surgeons (a lot of guys from this site had it done with Fielding and majority are very satisfied) does the operation usually for about 1,500 to 2000$
