I am only 17 I've had puffy nipples since I was 13 they are EXTREMELY embarrassing and I am convinced they won't go away on there own or go away fast enough (I really don't want to go to college with them next year). I don't know if this is gyno or not but I think it is. I've read some things about lowering your body weight but I think my body weight should be low enough I am 5'8" 148 (I can try loosing weight if that will help). I've also read about chemical regression therapy and nolvadex... I really need help though, any suggestions would be apprieciated. Thank you.

By the way I have pictures if someone could help me and tell me how to post them. Thanks again.

I had puffy nipples from when I was in my teens until my late 40's, when I finally got up the courage to see a specialist.

Best suggestion: talk with your parents and get their support if you can, and see a reputable, EXPERIENCED professional with good feedback on these boards. A good professional will not "hard sell" you but will lay out all your options and leave the choice to you.

I applaud your courage for talking about this. It isn't easy sometimes.
