and to see if you have G. then do what i do,
squeze the top and bottom part together of ur chest (the part that sticks out)
and if you feel a gland there (feels hard or rubbery) then no diet
or excerside will ever take that away
Thanks! Yeah, I can feel something there, more so in one than the other. Is it normal to have one gland larger than the other?
well if you can feel something there then yes you have G.
and well, to answer your question, having G. cant be considered "normal"
and we have all know it,
and I have somewhat your same problem, on my left side, my G. is more defined and
protrudes more and my right a little less,
I believe is called uni-latterall gynecomastia, not sure though, feel free to correct me,
and it also can only be treated with surgery.
