Im quite sure i have gynecomastia but i am open to advice ,

Hey everyone, I'm a 22 year old guy who definitely has an enlarged chest. My chest has been fairly large since I can remember so I'm wondering if it's gyno which im pretty sure it is ...

I stand at 6'1 and weigh at 180 pounds. I work out 3 times a week and eat pretty healthy. not a junk food guy but i do have my moments .

Iv uploaded some pictures for you guys and i was wondering if by looking at the picture u guys could give me any advice cause i am planning to do my surgery some where around the end of sep to November . Many of my friends and family say that i have man boobs and its hurts and it has been going on for like ever .

You are slender and in good shape.  Your gyne is very mild -- and many guys would comment that they would be happy to have your chest.

Ultimately, it comes down to your own ability to live with it or seek removal.  If it is the latter, then please make sure you seek consultation with a gyne specialist who can remove the tissue and leave you with a trim and contoured chest with minimal scars.

First of all i would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to help  evaluate my images .

Yes I really do wana get rid of it cause its been there thru out my teenage life and I have been made fun off by many people . thou this doesnt really effect my social life it does limit me from getting into the pool and taking my shirt off in crowds .

So i think i will go ahead with the surgery and will keep things updated
