So apparently my insurance policy will cover gynecomastia surgery for grade II and above if it's post pubertal and not caused by drugs/hormones. Pretty much the only way I'd be able to afford surgery at the moment, so I was hoping for some opinions on where my chest stands. I'm also in the process of trying to get leaner in a last desperate attempt to relieve the puffiness although I'm pretty sure I'm lean enough now to tell it's something only surgery can fix

I would say that you need to talk to a doctor, however, do your homework and get someone experienced in gynecomastia. Depending on where you live there are some fine ones that post right here on the forum.
