Hey hows it going, I have had these things for as long as I can remember. I have always been overweight. Im 6'4" and 246lbs. My nipples do get puffy, but when its cold they get smaller and look alot better. There not sensitive or anything. I can push them in about an inch before I can feel something hard.

I was just seeing what you guys thought.

Looks like a textbook case of gyne to me. I definitely believe your chest would be pronounced whether or not you were overweight.

your right hand side is more developed than your left which is a tell tale sign of gyno  , i would definately say you have a mixture of fat and gland

You would most probably need a combination of gland excision , lipo and excess skin reduction .

this is a fairly large procedure and skin reduction comes with increased complications and scaring

go see a specialist there is definatley improvements to be made through gyno surgery , but make sure you have the BEST surgeon for maximum results!
