My 1yr-old case (pics included)

Hi

I'm 23 and I first felt a "lump" in my left side a year ago. Later it appeared in the right side, which seems to have grown bigger than the left.

Anyway, I just wanted to know what do you guys think about my case. I've made an appointment with my doctor and he'll see me in a few weeks.

Do you guys think I need surgery or is there something else that can reverse the process?
