My gyno and puffy nips. :( *Pictures*!

How do i get rid of the PUFFYNESS of my nipples? is it gyno?
its soooo weird.. when i come out of the shower and my nipples are cold THEY LOOK FINE! like my areolas are small and it doesnt look as pointy... (as you can see in the first picture)
but when its warm my areolas get big and supper puffy...
and makes my chest look like CRAP!

When its cold my nipples look fine! looks like a normal chest and nothings wrong! why is thatt?

There are small muscle fibers within the skin of the areola.  They tighten when you are cold or when physically/emotionally stimulated.  That will diminish the diameter of the areola and push the excess tissue inwards, thereby flattening the areola and making it look normal.  It doesn't get rid of the excess tissue, however -- it just hides it.  When you look are the areola when things are tight, you can see the tiny ridges and ripples of the pigmented skin -- that is evidence of the muscle action.

When the muscles are relaxed, the puffy problem reveals itself.
