Have just seen your pics. I think they have done a good job removing the excess and hope you're happy with it

As the the gym, yeah its quite addictive now, I feel once I miss a day my day is not complete

Cost me around US$ 2,400 including hotel, but flights were extra on top of that.

I want to keep hitting the gym

After the surgery the nipples will always look a little funny on anybody.  When they make an incision right underneath the areola, it has an impact on how the nipple looks for a while.  But as the incisions heal, the nipples will gradually go back to normal.

As for my nipples, my right nipple is perfectly normal, and the only thing on my left nipple is a small scar which looks like its going to stay, but I cant see it unless I lift my arms up.

They are round now as opposed to flat at the bottom like in the 3 weeks post op pic

I think I stayed in the hotel around 5 days. Lovely hotel and it was a nice place to relax after the surgery.

Sensation slowly coming back but not as good as before tho. This is one of the trade offs, but when I think about it, I am much happier this way than I was before

congrats man. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow. I hope after my chest looks like yours!  May i ask how soon after did you start hitting the gym? My gyne had always hampered me from enjoying life and getting my dream body!!
