My Puffy Nipples [PICS]

Well, here's my case of gyno. If any of you can give me some thoughts on it that'd be cool. Is it minor, moderate, or severe? It certainly drives me crazy and that's all that matters so the surgery WILL happen Did anyone have a case like this and experience good results from surgery? I know I just need to do the consult but it doesn't hurt to see what y'all think. I appreciate the input.

Looks like you have puffy nipples with minimal gland underneath.  Surgery would cure the problem and make you much happier.

you simply have larger than average nipples, which millions of men have. Just get yourself in shape, and you'll look great to any girl. It's true that girls are sometimes turned off by men with breasts, but you don't have breasts, just larger nipples, which many girls like. Start working out!
