Here it goes.

Arrived on a monday and did some blood work. The following day the surgery was performed under local anesthesia. No pain during the surgery which I was awake and observed, I still did not have any pain after it. I was able and still able to walk and move my arms. Liposuction was done and I think it created the most trauma on my left side. 95% of the glands were removed by excision which I saw a flatter chest after the surgery. The areolas reduced in size after the surgery, after the swelling comes down they will be me even smaller, according to the surgeon. The stitches were done internal and external, which the external were done in a way to reduced its appearance after they heal.

Experienced some internal bleeding after trying to put my compression vest by myself on which was very tight; word of wisdom, do not use any force after the surgery. Anyways, went back to the surgeon two hours later and he removed all of the internal blood and left a drain for a day. Now most wait at least 15 days for the bruising and swelling to go away. For the most part, I did not and still do no feel any pain. And of utmost important, I do not see, feel any glands. No more antenna nipples and boops. I feel happy and great.

To those of you that are students on a limited budget like myself, I strongly recommend you doing it abroad; especially if you speak spanish. Everything was cheap in Peru. You could eat a nice meal for about $2 USD. Hotel was about $20 USD a day and it includes breakfast. Taxi cab to the hotel from the airport was $2.50 USD. The surgery was $800 including anesthesia, post surgery medicine and all of the cost from the follow up visits. Doctor even called at my hotel room daily while I was there. Hotel was accross the street from his office and surgery clinic. Airplane ride roundtrip was $630 and $50 in airport fees in total. Everything was under $1500.

The removed glands were huge.


Still have swelling on my left side but it has come down a lot. It ussually takes up to a month or two. However, my areolas reduced in size right after the surgery and see how small they got just on the 7th day. That is because finally all of my glands were removed. I have a big chest due to years of working out but I am very happy to be able to wear a shirt without puffy nipples and huge breasts. Even the previous scars were fixed and is hard to even see the one on my left side which had the worst pre-OP scars. Very happy with the results, can't wait for the summer. Cancun, here I go.

and I've never seen picture of peoples glands removed and stuck ona  table!

I had gland excision and no bruising or swelling like that at all, none whatsoever.

That looks f*cking painful

What!? I can tell a noticeable difference. It's not huge or anything, but it's visible. Pre-op = puffy nipples/areola, post-op = flattened nipples/areola. The left areola looks better than the right though.

Like I said, I used some strength to close my compression vest which was too small and it caused internal bleeding on my left side. It was drained 2 hours later by the doctor. However, the compression vest pushed all of the blood towards the center, as you can see that the major hematoma is located there and not on the breast itself.

Actually, in person looks 100% better. First, see how the pre-op photos show the nipple on a down slope angle, pointing forward and puffy. The same post-op photo you can see the nipple not on a down slope and not puffy. Also, the area underneath does not have any mass and is flat. The left side is still swollen but no gland mass underneath and no puffiness on the areola. Both areolas decreased in size also. Keep in mind this is the second day after the surgery followed by internal bleeding. Remember that I stated earlier that I had a major case, I used to bodybuild and my chest size is 46 and my waist is 32. My pecs have always been big so do not expect the regular flat that most non-muscular guys would have. Not going to take out my pecs. The only thing left under my chest is skin, some tissues and muscle, not even fat since I saw the lipo tube and hardly any fat came out. Actually, my body fat is just under 12%.

Today is day 6 and it looks a lot better. I will put photos after the stitches are taken out. It takes about 15 to 20 days for the major swelling to come down. The surgery before this one was here in the US and the doctor left behind the glands that you see plus those ugly scars; it cost $3500. In Peru, the doctor fixed the scars as you can see from the pictures and removed all of the glands. As of the glands place on a table with an sterile cloth, well, I was not able to take the photos so apart in the metal container they were in, otherwise you would only see one big gland instead of being able to tell them apart.

Another thing, hematomas and bruising is not painfull, they just look odd but it goes away. The human body is a very complex machine that it recycles itself.

Thanks. Actually I feel very good. My wife is going to remove the stitches today when she gets home from work. I have no pain and had none since the surgery, just some discomfort.

Look at the above new photos. They from today which is the 7th day. Stitches were removed yesterday. Bruising has turned yellow and should be gone within the next two weeks. Can't wait for the summer.

I'm glad you're doing okay, but there isn't a chance in he#* that I would go to South America to have surgery just because it's cheap.  Just looking at the bloody chest pictures freaks me out. 

I had the surgery last month and paid $3750 in the the good 'ole US of A.  They put me to sleep and put drains in before I left. 

Congratulations on having the surgery though.  I'm sure you're happy not to have gyne. anymore.

That bruising looks so painful!! I thought I had the worst post-op case as I had this severe allergic reaction to the bandage on the glue and it caused blisters which tore off with the bandage!!! Took me 4 weeks to heal ... now I still have scars all over, but their slowly dissapearing.

All in all, give it time and your laughin' ... finally been sorted!!

Thanks guys. I do feel good since it is gone. I know it will take time for the swelling to subside but it will. And remember, just because the bruising looks blue or yellow, they do not hurt. All it is blood sitting there waiting to disappear. Good to those that want to get the surgery but I recommend local, general will make you feel very ill. It is not worth it.

Actually, I have no glands left. The only left is behind the areola which it must remain or you would look wierd. I can tell you that I have none left because I saw it before he the wound was close. My surgery was done under local and I saw everything and felt everything except pain. His assistance held a mirror and with my raised, I saw everything and only saw m.uscle
