Hi, I'm from Puebla, MX. I'm 15 years old, and I would like to know if I have Gynecomastia.

I did a Weightloss of almost 70 kilograms in 11 months. So the possibilities for it to be pseudo~ are almost null...

Photos are very dark and hard to see, but yes there are some very slight puffy nipples present.  At your age they may still resolve on their own so try not to worry about it too much at this stage.  I had a similar situation when i was 15/16.  They disappeared but then returned again when I was 22 after I gained a lot of muscle and fat.
