Hello All,

I'm depressed and I find it very difficult to cope up with my daily life. I try very hard to compress my man boobs by wearing tight and wet vests as it sticks to the skin, to look normal. I want a permanent solution to my problem. Guys, kindly suggest and rate. Here are my pics. . .

Hi guy !
Surgery seems to be the only solution in your case. I'd rate it at 6/10. Losing some weight would help make it less visible too. Good luck !

I will be undergoing surgery this Saturday.

The planned procedure is liposuction and gland excision.

The surgery was confirmed after my endocrinologist performed a few tests and confirmed that I was fit and normal in every other way.

I will write more once the surgery is done.

Till the, goodbye and have fun. :)

@ refugee, grandpa and headheldhigh: Thank you guys.

The surgery was successful. I went through no pains whatsoever. I'm currently all padded up and on drains. The pads and drains will be removed tomorrow. Here are a few pics. . .

congratulations from ohio usa.  i had my surgery 4 days ago and happy that i finally decided to have it done.  i had excision and lipo.  bandages came off today and i can already tell that i look better although the surgeon said i was very swelled up and not to expect to look any different because of the swelling. all good.

good stuff blr!

not much fluid in the drain bags... that's good.

just relax and chill out for the next 2 weeks... make sure you get lots of vitamins into your body and drink lots of h2o!! surgery is very stress inducing.
and don't skip a meal!

and don't take anything off prematurely.

did you get a compression vest from your PS? if not you should get one asap and start using it. it will keep swelling down and make you heal real nice.
looking forward to seeing you heal (physically and spiritually!)

@ tbill: Thank you and congratulations on your surgery. Good to know that u have recuperating well. . . bro! I wish you a speedy recovery. :)

@ refugee: Thank you for the pointers. . .will keep them in mind. :)

Yeah, I did get my compression vest and I have it on me as I type. However, I still have the drain bags on. The doctor advised me to wait until the drain is less than 10 ml in each bag. Hopefully it will be removed tomorrow.

Here are a few pics of mine with the compression vest on. . .
