Opinions. Fat or gyne?

I've been overweight for most of my life and am 19 now. I am 6'4 and weigh 295 pounds. I would like to know if I have gyne or would weight loss decrease the size of my breasts.





By the way feel happy. You will be the only ones to see me with my shirt off since I was 12.

I think you won't know "really" for sure if you have gynecomastia until you lose some weight.
And i think if you lose weight, you're breasts will definetly decrease.

I would guess that you have Gyne by those pictures. Sure, you have to lose some wheight before getting surgery. So that should be your primary goal at the moment.

Work out and diet, and then get those damned things chopped off!
