opinions please

Here's my pics, let me know what you think. I recently have put on about 20 lbs. but the size of my gyne has been like this for at least the last 8 yrs. Does it look like it's gland or fat or a mix? To me, it feels like all fat but i don't really know what to feel for.

I am no specialist but I'd say yes, there is definitely gynecomastia. Fat, gland or mix is hard to say. I think it is both fat and glandular.

Yours looks like a bit of fat , but mainly gland. Due to the shape.
Go to the doctor for him to make a judgement about what kind of gyno it is. Get a hormone test done to make sure everything is okay and if it is and it is really bothering you get the surgery

Definitely a bad case, IMO. If you want to get rid of it surgery is your only option.
