opinions please

i'm currently 23, 190lbs and 19% body fat. ive just learned what gyno is and im concerend if i have it. i'm not 100% sure if the feeling under my nipples are glands or fat. i've heard its suppose to be a hard feeling but it doesnt feel that hard and its kinda hard to distinguish from the rest of my chest fat, but if i try hard enough i guess i can make out a semi hard small knot. it doesnt hurt either. my nipples are puffy and point slightly, it sucks.

Welcome to the forum first ! As you guess, you have gyne, it seems to be both fat and gland. Go and see a doctor for it, he will tell you what can be done in your case. Your gyne is not that bad however, don't worry, there is far worse than yours !

thanks guys. im concerned about  what kind of doctor to go see, ive heard an endo but i looked them up for my state louisiana and didnt find any. i wouldnt mind just getting an excision and no lipo, i can lose the fat on my own. im really concerned about the prices also, i would hope just the excision would be alot cheaper than it with lipo.
