So i've finally decided to take action, be it just exercise or even surgery if I have to. But i'd like opinions on how bad this is and if there's a chance it's just fat waiting to be burned off.
As you can tell from the last picture, my waist is very unsightly with stretch marks, lovehandles and flab.

Please excuse the poor pictures, i'm not good with a camera and had to use my phone to take these.

there worse than mine mate and im really not happy with mine, are you looking at having surgery to correct it?

Some day yes, for now I don't have the money to get it.
Trying to accept the fact that they are there and apart of me for the time being.
