sounds good. hopefully insurance will cover some of it.

also, make sure you go in with the right expectations. i made sure i went in knowing that i would be OK if things weren't completely perfect, but a part of me still hoped that my chest would be totally flat. i know, realistically, that doctors can't tinker with genetics and that some things i have to accept. so even though it was an improvement, it wasn't completely life changing. my case was such that surgery won't resolve everything - sometimes i wish i had "regular" gyne or just "puffy nips" because those are standard cases with noticeable improvements.

so, i still have ups and downs with how much chest looks, but i'm glad i had the surgery anyway. as one of the senior members once put it - he wasn't getting surgery to make him feel better; he was getting surgery to make him feel less sad. and sometimes, that can make a world of difference.
