You're fortunate to be in great shape besides the gyne. Most women on't care at all especially about the small amount you have. Your body reminds me of my own before surgery so I can certainly understand your concerns. I'd recommend getting a compression shirt to smooth it down. You can wear it under other shirts and it looks just like a t-shirt (I got one at amazon.com before my surgery).

u got one or multiple?  shouldn't they be cleaned often

thanks guys for replies :) you made me think about surgery or saving money for it,well thats not very good news for me but i think you're right,i have to have a backup plan if my mind would change  ;D ;D I think Gyno in some point is very beneficial :) it might sound weird but becouse of it i started to look what im eating or just trying to keep a good body shape :) i think that the  biggest problem of gyno is in your mind, and when you start to get rid of stupid thoughts from your head and start ignore your chest i think you will be like after surgery :) my self confidence is rising every day but gyno allways keeps it suppressed  ;D maybe one day i totally forget about what i have because of bigger problems or some s***, i know surgery can help me alot but i dunno why i dont want that :(

unforunately donnie there is no right answer reguardin how to stop ur gynecomastia from getting worse, many people believe ur gyno could get worse with age im not sure ive had mine for maybe ten years. its stayed the same.

what i would do is keep a healthy weight and eat correctly. i wouldnt mess around with hormone as this could make it worse unless u are trained and experienced to.

as far as i know there is no solution other than surgery to get it fixed! dont believe those scams whatever u do

your hormones are likely to stay normal for a long time.  in the more senior years they can go off a little, but like in puberty, not everyone is affected.  i would not worry about it unless you noticed symptoms.  if that happened you could consult an endocrinologist if you had to, but you may not have to.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

yes mate it is bad news for me to! u are still relatively young so i cant really comment on wether urs will go away prob best go to the drs and see what they say.

i always thought mine would go with exercise but even before findin this site i couldnt take it anymore and went to the drs who then told me surgery was the only option. wich as u know is not the best news ive had.

ur case may be different go to the drs and ask them if they have meds as you are young.

good luck

as a completely non-professional speculation, because you're younger and it's all less developed, in the teen years it seems to start out as a point, so the small local growth creates the puffy effect.  it seems possible that the trace tissue gyne would grow from, thin as it is, might have had time to distribute more widely by then.  but this is just a guess, you could probably still get either type early on, and if you mean why in a universal sense, gyne is not a fair thing.

donie, you might be able to pick up ireland experiences with the site search engine at the top of the page.  i assume you have something similar to the uk's nhs, with an option for private?  the main thing is you want somebody who does this professionally and knows good technique instead of doing just a handful of gyne ops a year and who will just hack you up any old way, like the guys who got cuts straight across their areolas that weren't even symmetrical, let alone hidden on the edge  :o

but i just wanted to ask how you guys think, can i live full and good life with this condition  by not doing surgery.and I'm just turning 19 soon and i was thinking that maybe these glands will be gone when i be fully grown, like when i reach 20-21 of age.is it possible somehow that these glands will start to shrink and will be gone,or just gonna turn a bit smaller?

I have gyne somewhat worse than you, and it doesn't bother me. So, in my opinion, you do not need surgery to live a full and good life with your condition. I never had surgery, or even considered it. But that's just my opinion. Your opinion is what really matters.

My experience is that having gyne is at its worst for the younger guys, especially teenagers, because the other guys might tease you about it. But once you get older, it is unlikely you will be judged on it. You will find that any girl or woman worth your time won't care, or even notice, if your nipples and breasts are a little bigger than average.
And I figure there's millions of other guys out there with chests just like ours, so I don't worry about it.
