just seeing what other suffers would rate my moobs.  i was at one time about 275 now down to 200 and seem to lose my weight everywhere but the moobs.  i was down to 185 last year and still had them.  any doctors looking and think they can help please feel free to respond.  i am located in westchester county in New York but will travel to fix my problem.  thanks for your help

I dont really know much about full blown gynecomastia, I just have puffly nipples.

However, if i just saw you at the pool or something, I wouldn't think you had gynecomastia, they just look like pecs, perhaps with a little bit of fat on them?? (sorry if thats rude)

maybe post a pic of your whole chest
