Hello,
at first i would like to apologize for my English, its not good at all.

I'm 5 weeks after gyno surgery (gland remove and a little bit lipo) and my nipples are still puffy, only after massage they looks good for 10-15 minutes. On the left side, when i take my shoulder back i can see "empty space" after the gland removal. I dont feel any tissue, gland, scar tissue etc - no clue what is this. I am pretty sure that "empty space" makes my left nipple still puffy and folded (it folds when i sit for example). Will it dissapear?
Here is photo (nipple looks good, beacuse it's after massage):

When i sit:

My right side is also puffy, but not as left side. There is a hard scar tissue so it's make my nipple puffy, but i can see that dissapear slowly.

Im not fat. My weight is 78kg and 179cm height.
About 15%-16% body fat.

You are only five weeks post op -- and by definition, still swollen and still healing.  There is nothing to do at this point except to give it time for everything to heal and settle down -- many months, not just 5 weeks.  Be patient!

Thank you so much for answering me. I hope everything will be OK and my chest will be flat in following months..

It's 7 weeks after surgery. Nothing changed, it's still same.
I take 2 more photos to better show my problem.

Photos were taken when i sat and flexed my chest muscles.
Nipple is soft i dont feel scar tissues or gland. I dont feel anything under the skin.
I dont think it will dissapear without next surgery.. :/

What is it?

First the post operative swelling has to go down, then the scar tissue has to soften. Wait at least 6 months, a year is even better.

Did your surgeon tell you to massage at any point?
