Hey guys its my first time here, had gynecomastia for the past 6 years and finally got the surgery done 7 days ago but for some reason I'm not noticing much difference, what do you guys think it may be, I can still feel 2 lumps under my chest is that normal after surgery, please help me guys first photo is before surgery and next 2 are after

You had surgery 7 days ago and have no bruising or incision marks? Yes last Tuesday the stitches are still in and I don't notice any bruses myself I guess that's due to my skin and it wasn't a huge case

You need to talk with your surgeon about this.  If it's been a week, you're probably due for an appointment about now.

I spoke with him today and he said only some of it was taken out but he's not t certain what % and he also said its still swollen, I'm just nervous that it still looks and feels the same way before and after surgery
