Post Surgery Puffiness

Hi. I had surgery 2.5 weeks ago. Lipo and gland extraction. One side is flat and healing well. The other is still leaking some fluids and at the top looks puffy, but not at the bottom. Here's a profile shot. Any idea if this will go down/flatten? Possibly the doctor left too much gland on this side? He says he didn't.

Im not a professional but surely if its still weeping then its still swollen and therefore still looking puffy?
